RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

In case you want to have one or several products you ordered from the website www.moto24.ro replaced, please contact us beforehand by email at  and indicate the order number, as well as the product you would like to have replaced so that we can check our stock. If the product you want to have replaced is no longer on stock, you can choose a different one and pay the possible differences.

The maximum term within which you can request a replacement is of 14 days as of the package receipt date. All replacements depend upon the available stock.

If you do not want to replace the product you received with another one, but, instead, you want a cash refund, please make sure that, when filling out the form above, you provide all the following information in full:

1. Order number and identification data of the person who placed the order;

2. IBAN code of the account where you want to receive the value of the returned goods, the account bank, the bank account holder’s name;

3. Reason for which you decided to return the goods;

Please note that in case you return the goods without a Return Form correctly and legibly filled out, or in case you have not entered all the requested information, there might be delays in the processing of the return and in the reimbursement of the value of the products, respectively.

All the products abide by the return terms and conditions below.

The products can only be returned by courier to one of the addresses below (the address is also available on the AWB received together with the package). Do not return the goods via the Romanian Post service.

The expenditure for the return of the goods shall rest with the purchaser, except for the following:

- the delivered product is faulty or incomplete

- you received a different product than the one you ordered

The amounts due for the returned goods shall only be reimbursed via wire transfer into the account you mentioned in the Return Form within 7 calendar days as of the date when we receive the goods representing the subject of the return.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT TERMS

a) the returned goods must have the label attached.

b) all returned goods must feature the same quality level as when received, including all accessories and packed in the original packaging.

c) The AWB shall not be placed directly on the original box, as it could get damaged and the package could be refused.

SPECIAL TERMS

Depending on the situation, the returns made after the 14 days allowed and/or which, for various reasons, do not fall under the terms and conditions above, can be accepted by our company based on special clauses.
For further details on such situations, please contact us in writing at , tell us your reasons, and we will reply as shortly as possible.  We reserve the right to decide not to accept goods returns that do not abide by the acceptability terms above.
