Q : What if I can’t find on the website the product I am interested in?
A: If you are looking for a specific product that is not listed on our website (which quite frequently occurs, especially in the case of spare parts and consumables - e.g.: brake pads for a specific type of motorcycle), please contact us via email, at   or call 0743197898 for a customized quotation. Due to our collaboration with the most important spare part suppliers, we are practically able to cover all demands.

Q : What if the equipment I ordered does not fit?
A: If, upon delivery, you find that the equipment you ordered does not fit, you can return it, and then www.moto24.ro, depending on the available stock, will replace it with a piece of equipment in the right size, without charging anything but the courier charges.

Q : What fees do the displayed prices include?
A: The rates displayed on our website include 19% VAT. The rates do not include the courier fee. The due amounts must be paid in RON, according to the NBR exchange rate as on the invoice issue date

Q. Can I change my mind?
R: If for one reason or another, you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 10 days as of its receipt. No explanations required, you just have to make sure the product is flawless, without any signs of tear and wear, in its original package, according to the laws in force. You will be liable for the return shipment costs.
