The use, accessing, visiting of the website, the purchase of the products available on the website www.moto24.ro represents your consent to the terms and conditions hereinbelow.

In order to make sure you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of use of this website, please read all the sections below. 
S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. reserves the right to amend and update these terms and conditions, as well as the offer, without prior notification and without the obligation to motivate such decision; S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. further reserves the right to correct the possible display omissions or errors including typos or software errors. 

Tempo Consult SRL also reserves the right to inform the customer on the unavailability for delivery of a product that is displayed as being in stock on the website.  Because products are sold via multiple channels (online and offline), stocks are not updated in real-time.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully, each time you use this website. By continuing to use the website you express your consent to the amendments made.

The use without the consent of S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. of any elements available on the website, even if they are marked as protected, shall entangle the consequences stipulated under the laws in force.

S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. observes the laws on force on data privacy; www.moto24.ro and S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. undertakes not to disclose the website users’ personal data to third parties and to only use the same for the purpose of contacting its customers, as well as for the purpose of informing them on the aspects related to the operation of the website, the company’s offer and policies;

Tempo Consult S.R.L. does not encourage SPAM, do not disclose your personal data to third parties (natural or legal parties), do not sell, offer, exchange e-mail addresses obtained via this website, do not disclose your e-mail to other parties accessing this website pages, without your express consent. 

Any user who has explicitly disclosed their e-mail address on the website www.moto24.ro can request to have it deleted from the www.moto24.ro database. In order to have the information you provided deleted from our database, all you have to do is contact us by phone, fax or e-mail with such a request. 

S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. does not undertake liability for the loss of information due to error or possible security breaches of the service hosting our website, or to third-party acts. 

Shipment and delivery

Deliveries in Brasov are performed on the order completion and confirmation date if completed before 12pm or within 24 hours (a business day) for orders finalized after such an hour. 

The deliveries to the rest of the country are carried out within 24 hours (one business day) for orders completed and confirmed before 3 pm and within 48 hours (two business days) for orders finalized after such an hour. Shipment costs may vary depending on the destination, the weight, and size of the package. Shipment rates are set by the courier companies and they can be paid at the DESTINATION (by the customer) or upon DELIVERY (in which case the shipment costs shall be added to the invoice amount; this method offers the advantage of lower shipment costs, due to the contracts S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. has concluded with partner courier companies).

S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. does not independently set the shipment costs and it is not the beneficiary of these amounts. 

In case the prices or other details regarding the goods/special offers were erroneously displayed, including because they have been erroneously entered with the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to inform the customer by phone/email on such error, as shortly as possible, if the product has not been delivered yet.

The order registration does not stand for its confirmation. After the order is received, it will be processed by our operators, for confirmation purposes and to set the delivery details. The delivery term is of 1-3 business days as of the confirmation of the order.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery

You will pay the due amount to the courier upon the receipt of the ordered package. The invoice and the receipt corresponding to the ordered goods are in the package. The fees corresponding to the shipment/payment method you opted for are displayed in the final step of the order placement and they will be added to the overall order amount.

Online card payment

In order to secure transactions, www.moto24.ro uses the solutions powered by Netopia/MobilPay and  Raiffeisen Bank/Plationline.ro Your information is not stored at any time on the  www.moto24.ro server. The bank and the payment processors and the only institutions that come into contact with your information, and they provide a full guarantee.

Fully secured online payments can be made using the personal or the company card. The accepted cards are VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro). The payment relies on a secured online transaction processing system offering confidentiality, safety, and simplicity in the online purchase of services and goods. Card data are exclusively processed via the bank, our store does not request or store any kind of details regarding your card. 

Please note: - No fees are charged for bank card payments!"

To correctly complete the transaction, you need to provide the card number (all the figures in the four blocks on the front of the card, no spaces), the expiry date and the last three figures on the back of the card (CVV/CVC) available on the signature line (depending on the type of card, they may not be available).

Regardless of the currency in your account, the transactions are carried out in RON, according to your bank’s exchange rate.

Online payments using the Raiffeisen Bank Shopping Card, in 6 installments, no interest

How does the "Interest-free installment” facility work
1. You select “interest-free installment payments via the Raiffeisen shopping card” and select the desired number of installments – no more than 6
2. Make the actual payment
3. Check out in the monthly activity report the data on the equal interest-free installment  and the reimbursement;
4. Reimburse the monthly installment by the due date, in order to benefit from 0% interest.

Payment order

We recommend that before you make the payment via wire transfer (payment order), you wait for a confirmation that all the goods you ordered are in stock and can be delivered. You will receive this confirmation shortly after your order has been registered. The proforma invoice will also be sent in an electronic format. Cash or card payments upon personal collection of the goods from our store

In case you opt for a personal collection of the goods from our store located in Brasov, you can make the payment in cash or by card. 
Before coming to the store to collect your goods, please wait for our confirmation that all the goods in your order are in stock and can be delivered. You will receive this communication by phone and in writing when the order is ready for delivery.  After you receive the notification that your order is ready for pickup in our store, you have 3 business days to collect your order. If you do not collect it within this term, your order will be automatically canceled.

 

 

Warranty 

For purchases made by individual persons, the warranty is 2 years from the date of the original purchase.

For purchases made by companies , the warranty is 1 year from the date of the original purchase., except for certain products. These exceptions are mentioned on the page dedicated to the respective products. 


The products to be replaced within the guarantee term must be handed over at the SELLER’S POS, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. The faulty product shipment costs shall fully rest with the PURCHASER, the SELLER dispatching on its own expense the replacement product, after the acknowledgment of the defect, as well as of the handling/installation manner. Faulty products shall be shipped AFTER HAVING PREVIOUSLY INFORMED ONE OF THE SELLER'S REPRESENTATIVES, ACCURATELY describing the IDENTIFIED DEFECT. VISIBLE defects shall be communicated upon the receipt of the goods. VISIBLE DEFECT shall mean any fault that can be identified upon a mere visual examination of the product. Any subsequent complaints regarding such defects will be disregarded. The acceptance shall be regarded as performed on the date on which the product was delivered and/or collected by the customer or a representative thereof. THE SELLER shall be exonerated from its guarantee obligation in case it is found that the products were improperly handled or stored, used for other purposes than the ones for which they have been designed/sold, have been subjected to liquid immersion, mechanical impacts, thermal or any other shocks or have come into contact with substances that are not required in the replacement/installation process.

THE SELLER shall also be exonerated from its guarantee obligation if it is found that the beneficiary of the repair performed by the PURCHASER has used/handled the equipment improperly, regardless of whether the SELLER informed the beneficiary on the repair guarantee terms or not. Failure to observe the terms and conditions above shall lead to the invalidation of the guarantee. Disputes. In case of any and all conflicts arising between S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. and its customers, the parties shall seek an amicable settlement. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the court of law where the registered office of S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. is located. Data to be considered when returning the ordered products: The value of the shipment of the products to Tempo Consult S.R.L. shall be borne by the customer; The products must be in very good condition, they must not be used or worn; they can only be returned in the original packaging, without damages (scotch tape applied directly onto the box or with signs of impact) In case the products feature a seal, it must not be broken - the product must be returned sealed; The products that are not compliant with the website specifications as on the order dispatch date can be returned without extra costs for the customer, following a written notification indicating the nature of the respective non-conformity. The customer may request the reimbursement of the equivalent value of the product or the replacement thereof with a compliant one. In case www.moto24.ro is unable to replace the product with a compliant one, the equivalent value of the product shall be reimbursed.

 

Return Policy

In case the ordered product does not correspond to the presentation or in case it is faulty, you can have it replaced or you can request the reimbursement of its equivalent value within 14 days as of the receipt date.

According to article 9 paragraph 1 of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of 12 June 2014 on the consumer’s rights under the contracts concluded with professionals, you are entitled to withdraw from remotely concluded contracts, without any obligation to provide grounds for your decision, within 14 days as of the date when you, or a third party you mentioned, other than the carrier, physically receive the goods/the last of the goods.


www.moto24.ro customers may return the purchased products in the original packaging, within 14 business days as of the receipt thereof, without penalties and without having to motivate their decision. The products shall be returned on the customer’s expense, using the same shipment service like the one through which the initial delivery was carried out. S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. may charge additional fees for the return of worn, damaged products, products returned without packaging, etc. in order to reinstate them to their initial condition. Such fees may range between 0 and 50% of the initial product value. S.C. Tempo Consult S.R.L. will reimburse the order equivalent value within no more than 30 days as of the waiver of the contract in writing. The reimbursed amount shall be exclusive of the shipment expenses. 

In order to enforce your waiver right, you must inform us on your decision to do so, on the basis of an unequivocal statement, sent by email.

In case you decide to waive the contract, we will reimburse any amount we received from you, exclusive of the delivery costs, no later than 14 days as of the date on which we are informed on your waiver decision. The amount shall be reimbursed via the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction unless you have expressed your consent for a different reimbursement method; by all means, no fees shall be charged following such reimbursement.

Please ship the products or hand them over directly at the address Bdul Grivitei 1H/500177, Brasov, County of Brasov without unnecessary delays and, by all means, within no more than 14 days as of your waiver notice. The term shall be regarded as observed if the goods are sent back prior to the expiry of the 14-day term.

You will need to bear the direct product return cost.

You will only be held liable in case the value of the goods is reduced following the handling, other than required, according to the specific nature, quality and operation of the goods.
