Because you were a Moto24.ro customer in the past, you should know that one of our responsibilities towards you is to care for your personal data. As of 25 May 2018, we are complying with the European standards on personal data processing and the free circulation of such data according to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What should you know about your data and the manner in which we process them?

As you probably already know, your personal data is processed and stored on the basis of your consent, in order to allow us to comply with our contractual obligations (legitimate interest) and according to legal provisions. So that you can enjoy a peaceful holiday and make sure we fulfill all our obligations towards you, when required, we disclose such data and information to our partners (carriers, hotel operators or other service providers).

What is the purpose for processing these data?

Smart Tours processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- to make sure you have a peaceful holiday and that we fulfill all our obligations and enjoy all the rights deriving from the contract we concluded with you, our tourist; so that we make sure you miss no special offers, of course. Your personal data is only used with your prior consent regarding direct marketing communications, the advertising of our services, news and contests;
- to determine and assess your interests via automated or non-automated means, so that we make sure we present you with the right services;
- to carry-out statistical analyses using anonymized data.

Other than our purposes as stipulated under contract - legitimate interests and legal provisions, your personal data will only be processed with your consent.
