The outer casing is made of PIM, a mix of carbon fiber and fiberglass, a state-of-the-art material, which offers you not only a very high level of protection, but also a low weight. This new model of RPHA 11 comes with three air intakes on the chin, the ones from the sides are operated from inside the helmet, while the classic one (from the middle) closes or opens from the outside. The rear vents now act exactly like a spoiler on sports cars due to the hole in the center of the rear deflector. The ventilation at the top of the helmet has also been upgraded. The wheels that drive them have a rubber band in addition to the old model. This makes them very easy to use even with gloves. Air, air, air. OK, I get it, it's very ventilated. But won't that make it very noisy? The answer is no. It is a helmet that after the tests turned out to be very quiet and comfortable and over longer distances. The visor has a new opening locking system positioned in the middle. It is easy to operate and tightens very well on the cheder. It also has a slightly cracked position, ie an intermediate position, which allows you additional ventilation. Thanks to the fastening system it can be taken down very quickly to clean or change it. The visor comes prepared with mounting pins for Pinlock, an efficient system in case of bad weather, which stops or delays the steaming of the visor. In the box you get two visors, as well as a pinlock. The classic one is clear and the one is smoky. Both are equipped with pins that allow the mounting of the pinlock in less than a few seconds. But these are not the strengths of the visor. They added a few millimeters both up and down and on the sides. This helps to increase visibility, now you have a much larger field of view. The visor cedar has been replaced and improved. The moment you close the visor it makes a vacuum and seals perfectly, eliminating a lot of the noise coming from the front. The premium interior contains silver ions and is antibacterial. Unlike cheap interiors that use only a layer (foil) of silver ions, which grind and disappear over time, at RPHA 11 they are found in the entire composition of the material and the ability to remain antibacterial is much more effective. That is, even if you do not use a hood and sweat directly in it, it is very ventilated and dries quickly, a very effective system that does not let you sit with your head wet. The side sponges have a shape inspired by MotoGP. But the best thing about them is that they have an emergency removal system. In case of an accident, they can be removed in a second by removing them very quickly with the help of red straps, leaving a lot of free space to slide your head out of the helmet. Thus, the chances of injury to the cervix caused by the wrong extraction of the helmet decrease a lot. As a bonus to the old version, they now have a reflective portion. The material at the base of the helmet is non-slip, so if you leave your helmet on, the chances of it slipping and falling on the floor are very small.
