TSPKTM 300 and Husky 300(TPI) Billet Head P.H.300 2017-2023 Bundle Type-Medium compression

Select your desired compression ratio from the drop down menu. All designs will work with stock base gaskets and cylinder heights and offer significant improvements over stock heads.

LOW COMPRESSION: Roughly the same compression ratio as stock EXC or TE, much tighter squish clearance and better design than stock, suited to Extreme Enduro, resists overheating very well, pulls from very low rpm smoothly and predictably. Still gives a noticeable change in performance over stock despite compression ratios being similar.

MEDIUM COMPRESSION: Higher compression ratio than stock but still very safe with 95 or 98 RON fuel. Gives much smoother power delivery at low/mid revs and a nice increase to bottom/mid power especially. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Fuel economy is improved over stock. This is the most popular design for 300 models between sea level and 1500m and works extremely well when combined with our ECU tune.

HIGH COMPRESSION: Requires 98 RON fuel near sea level. Gives a very noticeable increase to bottom/mid power plus improved smoothness. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Fuel economy is improved. Recommended for riders who want lots more bottom/mid power from their TPI but are willing to sacrifice some peak power and overrev. Due to the increase in compression ratio over the stock head this design may require a thermo fan to be fitted for tight/technical riding. We also suggest an 8 heat range plug with this head. Our ‘High” comp head is lower comp than many other aftermarket heads and is better suited to our local conditions and fuels. This head will also suit high elevation riders from 1000-1500m who want a nice increase in torque using normal pump fuel.

VERY HIGH COMPRESSION: This design is targeted at high elevation riders above 1500m or 4500ft. It will help to make up for the power losses due to thinner air at high elevation. We strongly suggest you do not use this design below 1500m. At these high elevations this head design should give similar results to our Medium or High Comp heads at lower elevations.

A note about TPI ECU maps…
We strongly suggest reflashing your stock ECU at the same time as fitting this head. Our updated fuel and ignition maps make the bike much smoother, more powerful and much safer than stock. We also add more oil and have had brilliant reviews of our head and ECU package from happy customers all over the world.

Our combustion chamber designs have been used by thousands of happy customers and have been extensively dyno tested… the gains are consistent and include: increased power throughout the rev range (especially bottom/mid), improved fuel economy, greatly reduced risk of detonation, improved engine life, and much SMOOTHER power delivery. These billet heads will bolt onto your standard cylinder and are designed to work with standard base gaskets. If you are unsure of your current base gasket thickness we can advise the correct thickness to achieve the necessary cylinder height and squish clearance.
