Return / Exchange of Products
If you purchased the products for personal use, then as a customer (consumer) you have the right to return/exchange the products within 14 calendar days from their receipt, without having to specify the reason for the return. How can you proceed in this situation?
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Use the return form that was sent to you together with the initial delivery of the package or
- Fill out the online form below for the return or exchange of products.
- You will receive a document by email which you will need to print and include in the package. The printed and completed form must be placed inside the package in which you return the products. The products should be unused, packed in the original boxes, undamaged, suitable for resale. The original boxes of the products must themselves be packed in cardboard boxes for transport. The package must contain all original accessories.
- Please send the package to us via Fan Courier or GLS Courier at the address: : TEMPO CONSULT SRL / Bulevardul Griviței 1H, Brașov 500177
- The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. (Please do not send packages cash on delivery! These will not be accepted.)
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
If you wish to exchange one or more products ordered on the website www.moto24.ro, please contact us before sending the return package at the email address comenzi@moto24.ro and specify the order number, as well as the product you want to exchange for so the stock situation can be checked. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you can choose another product by paying any price difference.
The maximum period in which an exchange can be requested is 14 days from the date you received the package. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We would like to warn you that returning products not accompanied by a correctly and legibly completed Return Form, or not filling in all requested information, may cause delays in the processing time of the return, as well as in the refunding of the product value.
Refunding of amounts due from returns is made only by bank transfer to the account indicated by you in the Return Form within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date we received the product subject to the return.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
a) Products to be returned must be accompanied by the label.
b) All products must be returned in the same quality as received, with all accessories and in their original packaging.
c) The AWB (shipping label) must not be stuck directly on the original product box, which may cause its damage and refusal to accept the package.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Depending on the situation, returns made after the allowed 14 days and/or which for various reasons do not meet the above conditions may be accepted by our company under special clauses.
For more details in such cases, please state in writing by email at comenzi@moto24.ro your reasons and we will respond as soon as possible. We reserve the right to decide not to accept the return of a product that does not meet the acceptable conditions mentioned above.
