Shipping and Delivery
The delivery of ordered products is carried out according to the selected options:
By courier
In-store pickup
Orders with items in physical stock can be delivered on the same day or the next business day.
No deliveries are made on weekends or legal holidays.
Shipping costs may vary and can be paid:
At destination (paid by the customer)
Upon dispatch (added to the invoice)
Tempo Consult SRL does not set the shipping rates.
If there are pricing or detail errors, the order may be canceled and the customer will be notified.
Placing an order does NOT constitute confirmation of that order.
How to Pay?
Cash on Delivery
Payment is made to the courier upon receiving the parcel.
The invoice is sent by email or included in the package.
Online Card Payment
Payment solutions used: Netopia/MobilPay and Raiffeisen Bank/Plationline.ro
Payments are made securely, and no information is stored on our site.

After the order is confirmed, products can be picked up in person within 7 business days.
Warranty
Individuals: 2 calendar years
Legal entities: 1 calendar year (with exceptions)
Products must be returned with the invoice and only after notifying the seller.
Visible defects must be reported upon receipt — any later claims will not be accepted.
Warranty is not granted in the following cases:
Improper handling
Incorrect installation
Mechanical or thermal shocks
Contact with liquids or inappropriate substances
Disputes
Any conflict will be resolved amicably, and if no agreement is reached, it will be settled by the competent court in the jurisdiction of Tempo Consult SRL.
Return Policy
Products can be returned:
Within 14 calendar days
Without penalties
Without providing a reason
Returns are made at the customer’s expense, and the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days.
Restocking fees between 0% and 50% may apply in case of product damage.
The withdrawal statement must be sent in writing via email.
