Delivery will be made as follows:
For orders exceeding the value of 500 RON, delivery is free regardless of the destination locality (depending on your selection, delivery will be made with Fan Courier or GLS Courier).
To avoid additional shipping costs, in some cases the delivery will be made only with GLS Courier.
If you prefer delivery with Fan Courier and your locality is not within the coverage area, a transport surcharge of 2 RON/km will apply.
Free shipping for orders of at least 500 RON applies only to parcels weighing up to 4 kg. For parcels exceeding the weight supported by us (e.g.: tires, oil in large containers or other heavy technical parts), the additional kilograms will be paid by the customer at the rate of 2 RON/kg.
www.moto24.ro uses the courier services of Fan Courier and GLS.
For parcels not eligible for free shipping, the delivery cost is 22 RON.
Online Shopping Guide:
Search for the products you are interested in on the website. You can use the multiple search options available (product category grouping, filters).
After finding the product that meets your needs, on the product detail page you have the option to add it to the shopping cart and to select the desired quantity. Very important: for products that require selecting specific characteristics (e.g.: sizes, colors), you will find this option before adding the product to the cart. Once added to the shopping cart, you have the option to either continue shopping (repeating the steps above) or finalize the order by clicking the "SUBMIT ORDER" button.
By clicking the "SUBMIT ORDER" button, you will reach the page where you can choose between "Direct Order", "Login" or "Create Account". If you choose Direct Order, fill in the required billing/delivery information for Individual or Legal Entity. If you select Login, you will need to log in using your username and password or go through the steps to create an account.
To finalize the order, you will need to go through the following steps:
• Choose your preferred delivery and payment method.
• Recheck the entered data and finalize the order by clicking the "Confirm Order" button.
• If you chose an electronic payment method (bank card), you will be redirected to the secure payment processing pages.
• Choose whether or not to accept Partial Delivery.

Payment is made to the courier at the time your package is delivered. The invoice will be either sent to you by email or found printed in the package. The receipt for the paid amount will be issued by the courier. Fees for the chosen delivery/payment method are displayed in the final order stage and will be added to the total order amount.
Online card payment:
To ensure transaction security, www.moto24.ro uses the solutions provided by Netopia/MobilPay and Raiffeisen Bank/Plationline.ro. Your information is never stored on www.moto24.ro’s server. The bank and payment processors are the only institutions that access your information, and they provide full security.
Online payment can be made with your personal or company card, under full security conditions. Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) logos. Payment is based on a secure online transaction processing system that offers confidentiality, safety, and simplicity in purchasing products and services via the Internet. Card data is processed exclusively by the bank; our store does not request or store any card-related details.
Important to know! – No commission is charged for bank card payments!
To successfully complete the transaction, you must provide the card number (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), expiration date, and the last three digits from the back of the card (CVV/CVC) printed on the signature strip (depending on the card, they may be missing).
Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are made in RON, at your bank’s exchange rate.

You will receive this information shortly after your order has been registered. The proforma invoice will also be sent to you by email in electronic format. The delivery of products will be made only after the payment has been received in our account. Payment confirmation may take between 24 and 48 hours.
Cash or card payment upon personal pickup of products from our store
If you choose to personally pick up the products from our store located in Brașov, you can pay in cash or with a bank card.
Before coming to the store to pick up the products, please wait for confirmation that all the products in your order are in stock and ready for delivery. You will receive this information by phone and/or in writing when the order is ready. Once you are notified to pick up your order, you can do so within 7 working days. Otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.
Stock availability
There are several stock situations for products on www.moto24.ro:
"In-store stock (Delivery in 24h/48h)" – These products are available in the store's physical stock. Delivery is fast, directly from the store's stock, on the same day the order was placed or, at the latest, on the next working day, depending on the time of the order and the delivery volume. You will receive updates regarding the status of your delivery.
"Warehouse stock (Delivery in 2–3 days/3–5 days/7–10 days, etc.)" – The product is available in the supplier’s internal or external warehouse. Depending on the order date, the delivery time may vary between 2 and 10 working days based on the supplier’s restocking speed.
A working day represents any calendar day from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays recognized in Romania or the European Union (in case they affect the delivery process, especially if the product is shipped from an EU member state).
In short, if you place an order on a Friday and the next day is a public holiday (e.g., Monday), the first working day will be Tuesday.
"On order" – The product is not available in the store's stock and does not have a confirmed stock from the supplier. The order can be placed, but the exact delivery time will be communicated later, after your request is processed by our sales team.
Special clause:
In case prices or other product/promotion details have been displayed incorrectly, including due to database entry errors, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the customer by phone/email as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.
Registering the order does not constitute confirmation of it. After the order is received, it will be processed by our operators for confirmation and delivery details. The delivery time will be communicated to the customer after the order is processed.
Product returns
If you have purchased the products for personal use, then as a customer (consumer) you have the right to return/exchange the products within 14 calendar days from their receipt, without needing to specify the reason for the return.
