Usage Instructions:
The vest is submerged in water for 1-2 minutes, excess water is squeezed out, the interior is wiped with a dry towel, and you are ready to go.
If cooling packs are purchased, they are submerged in ice water or placed in the refrigerator/freezer, then easily inserted into the specially prepared slots in the vest.
