The J-22 is the most advanced helmet we’ve ever
made, with its twin inner shell construction that is
designed to manage linear and rotational energy to
the head during impacts.
The sequential density construction of this helmet
uses a specific material at a particular density to
manage the force of the impact.
The two layers each have their own function, the
EPP(red) and EPS(grey) shells work together in
harmony to manage energy from different intensity
impacts.
Rapid response ,in case of accident, is an essential
factor in minimalizing damage to an injured rider.
Just1 has analysed main features of helmets in order to
optimize this important element.
E.R.C. System is a technical feature designed to speed up and
make the removal of a helmet from the rider’s
head simpler and safer.
Pulling a single button, located in the central/front
part of the chin guard, it is possible remove the entire
inner lower part, consisting in 2 cheek pads and the
front EPP of the chin guard.
Once removed, with a single movement, it becomes possible
to give more space and access to the head of the injured
rider.
