Versatile flip-up helmet

The SHOEI NEOTEC II is a multifunctional helmet model for longer motorbike trips and extended tours, but also for the city. Thanks to its two-stage lockable chin section and P/J homologation, it can be used as a full-face or jet helmet. Its integrated sun visor enables optimal visibility in changing light conditions. The special shape of the cheek pads with noise insulator keeps the helmet quiet even at higher speeds. With the stainless steel micro-ratchet fastener, its chin strap can be closed and opened quickly and comfortably. The optional SHOEI SRL-2 communication system from SENA?, which can be integrated almost invisibly into the helmet shell, offers the possibility of information and entertainment while riding.

Safety
The outer shell of the SHOEI NEOTEC II, made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), combined with a polystyrene core system composed of several elements of different absorption capacity, provides optimum impact protection.
The standard clear CNS-3 visor with a large field of vision can be changed without tools thanks to a quick-change mechanism. The anti-fog PINLOCK?EVO lens supplied with the helmet ensures unobstructed vision even in adverse weather conditions.
The chin strap with micro ratchet closure is comfortable to use and perfectly adjustable.
A stainless steel locking mechanism locks the chin section securely and reliably in the closed position.

Wearing comfort
3 different outer shell sizes (XXS-M | L | XL-XXL) allow a wide size range of the SHOEI NEOTEC II and at the same time an optimal ratio of helmet to rider size. The helmet's good balance is easy on the neck muscles and reduces fatigue, whether in inner-city short-distance use or on extended tours.
The three-dimensionally shaped head pad, the pre-shaped cheek pads with noise isolator as well as the chin strap pad are completely removable and washable. For individual adjustment of the helmet, head and cheek pads are available in different thicknesses.
Removable ear pads in the ear area effectively contribute to noise reduction.
The integrated, high-quality QSV-1 sun visor of the SHOEI NEOTEC II is continuously extendable. It can be replaced easily and without tools by a yellow-tinted visor with a contrast-enhancing effect. This additional visor thus ensures optimum visibility for many uses and weather conditions.
Cut-outs in the ear area, prepared cable guides and mounting positions for the unit parts allow for easy and quick installation of the SENA? SRL2 communication system available in the SHOEI accessory range.

Ventilation
Several ventilation inlets and exhaust outlets reduce the temperature and humidity inside the SHOEI NEOTEC II. This ensures a pleasant climate inside the helmet, even when used in warm travel countries or in the cold season, and the wearer is supplied with sufficient fresh air.

Aerodynamics
Integrated spoilers on the chin section and the back of the head increase the aerodynamic performance of the SHOEI NEOTEC II and reduce noise pollution at the same time.

Accessories
Visors in various tints and mirror coatings are available for the SHOEI NEOTEC II. The helmet is equipped with a CNS-3 visor as standard.
All available visors of this type can be fitted with anti-fog PINLOCK?EVO lenses, one of which is included with the helmet.
The integrated, heavily tinted sun visor of type QSV-1 can be exchanged for a yellow tinted version with contrast-enhancing effect from SHOEI's accessories range.
The SHOEI range of accessories also includes cheek pads with or without noise isolator as well as head pads in various sizes and thicknesses. They can be used to replace the original pads or to adjust the fit of the helmet to individual needs. Also available are a chin strap pad, a Breath Guard and a Chin Curtain in mesh or synthetic leather.
The SENA? SRL2 communication system from SHOEI's range of accessories can be used in this helmet model. After coupling with a mobile phone, a navigation device or other intercom devices, it offers the possibility of information and entertainment while riding.

Scope of delivery
Included with the SHOEI NEOTEC II is a PINLOCK?EVO lens for use in the standard CNS-3 visor, matching replacement pins and a small maintenance tool useful for installing the SRL communication system.
