The HJC RPHA 11 Anti Venom is a top full-face motorcycle helmet in the sport and track segment. The outer shell is made of P.I.M, a mix of carbon fiber and fiberglass, a state-of-the-art material that gives you not only a very high level of protection but also a low weight. They have reduced the weight by 170 grams compared to the last model. Much more refined and with a more aggressive look the RPHA 11 is the "venom" of the speed catergory. It comes in three outer shell sizes XS-S, M-L and XL-XXL, and six sizes on the inside. You can choose from XS to XXL. Once you remove the interior you'll notice a multitude of 3D channels and holes on the foam side. All this ensures extreme ventilation, so you won't ride your bike in street or track conditions with a wet head, literally taking the discomfort off your head and helping you focus on road or track conditions.

If you look at the helmet from the side you'll notice they've narrowed it at the bottom. How does that help? In an accident, many broken collarbones are caused by helmet impact. Now your collarbone has more flexion space, reducing the chance of breaking in the event of a shock. A good advantage, whether you use it on the track or just on the street.

It's a helmet with AIRFLOW, which on hot summer days will provide the ventilation you need through the SIXTEEN generous air intakes located on the chin, forehead and back of the helmet. This new RPHA 11 model comes with three air intakes on the chin, the side ones are operated from inside the helmet, while the classic one (on the middle) closes or opens from the outside. The rear vents now act just like a spoiler on sports cars thanks to the hole in the centre of the rear baffle. The vents at the top of the helmet have also received an upgrade. The wheels that drive them have an extra rubber band compared to the old model. This makes them very easy to use even with gloves.

It is very ventilated but that won't make it very noisy either. It is a helmet that tests have shown to be very quiet and comfortable even on longer rides.

The visor has a new locking/unlocking system positioned in the middle. It is easy to operate and squeezes very well on the cheder. It also has a "slightly cracked" position i.e. an intermediate position, allowing you extra ventilation. Thanks to the clamping system it can be taken off very quickly to clean or change it. The visor comes prepared with mounting pins for Pinlock, an effective system in case of bad weather, which stops or delays the visor fogging. In the box you get two visors as well as a pinlock. The classic clear one and the tinted one. Both are equipped with pins that allow the pinlock to be fitted in less than a few seconds. But these are not the visor's strengths. They've added a few more millimetres to the top and bottom, as well as to the sides. This helps to increase visibility, now you have a much wider field of view.

The visor's cheder has been replaced and improved. When you close the visor it vaccums and seals perfectly, eliminating a lot of the noise coming from the front.

The premium interior contains silver ions and is antibacterial. Unlike cheap interiors that only use a layer (a foil) of silver ions, which over time grinds away and disappears, in RPHA 11 they are found throughout the material composition and the ability to remain antibacterial is much more effective. The interior is also very comfortable, hard-wearing and completely removable, making it very easy to wash. The materials used are "breathable". Meaning even if you don't use a hood and sweat directly into it, it is very ventilated and dries quickly, a very effective system that doesn't leave you with a wet head.

The side sponges have a MotoGP-inspired shape. But the best thing about them is that they have the emergency removal system. In the event of an accident they can be removed in a second by pulling them out very quickly with red straps, leaving plenty of room for your head to slide out of the helmet. This reduces the chances of injury to your neck.
